Dr. Lori Doddy is a women's wellness and menopause expert who's spent the last 10 years helping 100s of women drop their stubborn meno-weight, improve their health, and live active lives in their 50s, 60s, and beyond.

After retiring from a Vice President role in higher education, Lori started Lori Doddy Lifestyle, LLC to help other women conquer menopause just like she did.

She is creator the 90 Day Metabolic Resuscitation System, host of the Grit & Grace Podcast, and sought after speaker for women's events and conferences.

Lori turned 55 in March and enjoys life! She loves swimming, running, and lounging around with her fur babies Harley and Monkey. When she's not working, she and her husband Roger travel - most often to beautiful beaches.
